But first... how we got started

Back in August 2009, myself (Mark Riddell), Mark Lamb and Mary Brodie were made redundant together due to the closure of a local IT company in Perth.

We decided very quickly that this was an opportunity to create our own IT company. That same evening we sat around Mary's kitchen table spending hours deciding what to name our business. My daughter Chloe was sat on my lap, laughing away and bashing at my laptop keyboard, oblivious to the fact that Daddy had no idea how we were going to pay the bills that month.

A few hours (and beers) later, we decided to name ourselves m3 Networks Limited and the company was founded the very next day on 18th August 2009.

We shared a belief that we could build something special - an IT company that makes IT an enjoyable experience for customers, whilst delivering IT systems that help customer's businesses to be more successful.
