Does the idea of changing IT provider fill you with dread because you’re worried your IT will fall apart when you do?

We’ve been circling around something of a theme with the Techcess technology podcast recently; how to ensure you’re getting the best from your IT partner.

It might be something to do with the fact we’ve just published our free IT buyer’s guide which you can download here –

If you’re like most people in charge of the smooth running of a business, you’re probably not too keen on the idea of changing your IT provider if you can help it.

After all, you’re probably thinking something could go wrong.

And if that happens, you could be left without any connectivity or email for hours and possibly even days, right?

Not necessarily.

At m3 Networks, we pride ourselves in providing a seamless transition into your new way of working.

We minimise the risk and ensure you’re able to function as normally as possible. We know this, because we’ve done it numerous times.

And in this episode of the Techcess technology podcast, Mark Riddell chats with Alison Henderson from Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce.

Alison and her team have been working with us for a while now, having moved over to us from their previous provider during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“The honest answer is I never noticed (the process). I can honestly say it really didn’t impact me an awful lot, which is a really good thing!”

– Alison Henderson

Episode transcript

You would have probably already seen the link to the PDF above.

Here’s a very quick sneak preview of that transcript in which Mark talks to Alison Henderson about Techcess in her business.

“For me, Techcess is about making everybody’s job easier to let them concentrate on the bits that they want to do and that they like to do and that they do really well.

And that’s the internal bit. But then the external bit is how do we continually evolve and make things interesting for our customers and for the businesses that engage with us? So we’re in the process of building that, and that will take it will build on what we’ve already built for customers.

But it’s already kind of we’re aiming to make it as future proof as possible. We’re looking at AI, we’re looking at machine learning and how that will make it easier for us to engage with businesses, to onboard them, to kind of understand what is important to them because connect, communicate, and develop that is really important to us.”
