Is the it support service really unlimited?

Absolutely! We never restrict or limit your service, and you will never be asked to pay more than stated on your agreement. The only time your price will change is when you add more computers to your support agreement.

what are the cancellation terms?

If you ever did decide that we weren't right for you, all we ask is you give us 1 month written notice. Easy.

how long does it take to onboard with you?

Once you have approved your quote, you'll have to service notice to your current IT provider. After that, we'll arrange a handover meeting with you and them to discuss the process and agree a date. We'll be doing a lot of things in the background leading up to the actual date, and from that point on you will be onboard with us and we'll be looking after you.
