It’s been a busy year so far here at m3. Our Helpdesk continues to get busier and busier. We’re always attracting new customers which means more technicians are needed to keep your IT systems running smoothly.

It gives me great pleasure to introduce the latest new recruits to the m3 team. Joining our Helpdesk as 1st Line Support Technicians is Craig Reid and Ruth Lamont.

We’re getting well known for providing fantastic levels of customer service. Craig and Ruth were chosen from a strong field of candidates because we could see they have the qualities needed to provide the high standard of customer service we pride ourselves on.

We’ve been the largest IT company in the region for some time now. But does bigger = better? We think so, as this enables us to support much larger networks, but also ensures our Helpdesk is staffed so we’re ready to deal with any emergencies. A lot of IT companies often find themselves struggling to deal with multiple client issues at the same time. This results in customers waiting a long time to have their particular issue dealt with.
